Management Team

Director - David M. Buicko, became a director of Green Earth Technologies, Inc. on September 9, 2010. Since 1986, Mr. Buicko has been the chief operating officer of the Galesi Group, a leading industrial real estate developer in the Northeast and owner of one of the largest, most versatile third-party logistics companies in the region. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the Galesi Group's operating divisions including commercial real estate, industrial parks, distributiond and logistics and the exploration and production of natural resources. Mr. Buicko is a member of a variety of local professional, economic development and charitable organizations and is the current chairman of the Center for Economic Growth, a regional economic development organization. He also serves on the board of numerous privately held companies in the real estate, oil and gas industries. Mr. Buicko is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Siena College where he received a BBA degree in Accounting.

Founder, President, Chief Marketing Officer, Director - Jeffrey Loch - Over 20 years of progressive marketing and sales responsibilities within the highly competitive consumer packaged goods arena. Mr. Loch authored the "Marketiquette" philosophy (proper marketing) as a result of prior companies' "best practices" and has been successfully applying it for the past 7 years when developing branding and go-to-market strategies for clients of the consulting firm he co-founded. In addition, Jeff has had exposure to just about every major retailer within a variety of trade classes and has achieved enormous success while working for some of the greatest branding companies in the world, including Clorox, Armor All Products Corporation, ConAgra Foods, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare and Dixon Ticonderoga. A native of Michigan and graduate of Albion College, Mr. Loch began his career with Pepsi Cola.

Director - Janet Jankura, is a Township Trustee in Richfield, Ohio. Previously, she was Chief Human Resource Officer for units of Rockwell Automation and National City Corporation. Previously she chaired the Cleveland Museum of Art Young Friends Board of Directors and was co-founder and trustee for Cleveland Bridge Builders, which supports inter-generational leadership training and succession planning in regional business and civic sectors. Mrs. Jankura received her M.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford, Connecticut and subsequently served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer with Top Secret security clearance.

Director - Humbert D. Powell, serves as a senior member of the Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking Divisions of Sanders Morris Harris, which during the course of the last 4 years has raised more than $2.8 billion for more than 30 oil, gas and energy-related transactions. Before joining SMH Capital in 1996, Mr. Powell was the Chairman at Marleau, Lemire USA and Vice Chairman of Marleau, Lemire Securities, Inc. He also served as a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Department of Bear Stearns & Co., with domestic and international responsibilities for the investment banking effort. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Director of E.F. Hutton & Co., where he was employed in various capacities for 18 years. Mr. Powell also sits on the board of trustees at Salem-Teikyo University, and previously served on the boards of Lottery Dynamics, Alliance Distribution, World Water Corporation, Endeavor International Corp. and Green Holdings Inc.

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer- Greg Adams - From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Adams served as Chief Financial Officer of EDGAR Online Inc. (NASDAQ: EDGR), a leading provider of business information. In January 2003, he added the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer and in 2004 was appointed as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Adams brings extensive SEC and compliance experience to the company, having served for 11 years at KPMG in the audit and advisory services group. He also was CFO of PRT Group Inc., a technology and solutions company, based in New York and the Blenheim Group. Mr. Adams is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves as Vice Chairman of Financial Executives International committee on finance and information technology. He received a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the College of William & Mary.

Senior Vice President Operations - Ronald Shaffer, has 25 years of experience in global supply chain, sourcing, operations, purchasing and plant management for serving consumer goods and high technology industries. He has a record of achieving turn-around situations by employing creative infrastructure building to support growth, profitability and liquidity. Among the several management roles was his service at Dell Computer as Director North American Operations Supply Chain where he was recognized with the Chairman's Award for being responsible for Dell becoming #1 in their industry for direct model deliver, call center operations and reverse logistics by implementing programs for sales operation planning/configuration, lean manufacturing, six sigma quality and SAP ERP/MRPII. Mr. Shaffer served six years in logistical support in the US Air Force. He has an E.M.B.A. degree in business management and finance. He has Certification in APICS/NAPM/COLM and expertise in Lean/Six-Sigma. He has been certified by the American Society Production Inventory Control and National Association Purchasing Management.

Sales Management – Vice President – Louis Ball - Mr. Ball has 25 years of experience in the $12 billion U.S. automotive aftermarket. Among his accomplishments, he helped pioneer the Armor All product line from inception as a new category and grew it to upwards of $300 million in sales. During his tenure at Armor All, Mr. Ball was the recipient of the Reggie Award for achievement in promotion development, execution and results, and was the recipient of a Lifetime achievement award. His experience also includes work with the First Brands STP line and Clorox, two of the most highly recognizable brands in the industry. Additionally, he has senior brand management and sales experience with Purex in several grocery categories. Mr. Ball received his Bachelor of Arts, Business/Economics from Rutgers University. He served in the United States Army in the Quartermaster Corps. He also served on the board of directors for the International Car Wash Association and was on the board of Armatics, Inc.

R & D Director - Perumal Sekar, Ph.D. – Dr. Sekar is a senior research scientist with 15 years experiences in nanotechnology, organic synthesis and inorganic chemistry. He has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay, Mumbai, India, served as a Research Fellow, Northwestern University, and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by The Royal Society of Chemistry, Madras.
