G-OIL, a Green Earth product, makes its Hollywood debut on the May 14 episode of CBS's popular crime drama, CSI NY
“It was a lot of fun to be a part of the show,” says Jeff Marshall, CEO and president of Green Earth Technologies. “We think our product is very unique, and it’s exciting to have a whole team of writers at a show as innovative as CSI thinking the same thing. We do want to reiterate that G-OILTM doesn’t attract ants or any other wildlife, but it was certainly a creative twist for the episode.”
The product depicted on the CSI NY, G-OILTM Green Motor Oil, will hit the shelves in the coming months. Today, the rest of Green Earth’s line of biodegradable automotive performance and appearance products is available at Amazon.com and other major retailers across the country.
GET uses a proprietary process to transform beef tallow into a biodegradable material that is the base of all of its products. This bio-base replaces traditional petroleum-derived bases typically used to make motor oils and cleaning solutions.
G-OILTM meets American Petroleum Institute (API) requirements for TC Rating for performance and engine protection. Test results showed that G-OIL met or exceeded the allowed tolerance of a benchmark reference oil on key performance criteria.
